Resistance has gone belly up!

Truth: anyone with any orders with resistance should contact their credit card company immediately. I hate to jump to conclusions, but Pat has been unobtainable for the last two weeks, and now the bomb. Their phone # has been disconnected, either meaning they haven't paid their bills (yeah, right) or they skipped town. Every time I called last week, all I got was some lackey saying Pat wasn't in; but I called at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm! (Yes, I am a loser). If it wasn't the lackey, it was the "I'll never get back to you" answering machine. To those who have faith in Pat, please give me his full name so I can notify the authorities. All the orders that have not been fulfilled can count as a case of FRAUD. I know I am not the only one, so please divulge his name for those individuals that are without their merchandise.

Well if resistance is not a corporation (which I would highly doubt) he is personally responsible for all debts. Looks like a class action suit. I was supposedly finally getting my refund, but I guess not.

Good luck trying to garnish the wages of a 17 year old.

He can either go hide in college for 4 years and hope the people he owes money to forget about him or declare personal bankruptcy right now. By the time he's 25, banks won't care anymore.

Did people get ripped off for the full price of JRSC kits?

Damn! I'm feeling really lucky that I had no problems with him (I bought mine from him in November 1999).

Hey, Resistance ishaving group guys on their office funiture and parts from Pat's car! jk. I feel sorry for anyone who got ripped off if any. I got lucky as well and didn't miss out on anything. Then again, I buy from Jim now so I don't have to worry about that stuff.

Heh heh... Membership!

If a store requires a membership and it's not a warehouse store or a medical marijuana club, it's time to start asking questions!

When I dealt with him in November, I asked about it (along with the, what?, $2350 price on the kit w/membership) and he told me that it didn't matter anymore because JR had told/ordered him to stop selling kits for that cheap. The deal I got was $2450, shipped, no membership.

At least you people with JRSC actually got your stuff. Otherwise it would be time for an a$$ kicking mission. I hope my CC company give me back my money...as for class action lawsuit, most of us don't even know Pat's lastname! Or their address for that matter. (I guess people who have bought stuff from there could provide that...not like it matters though. He probably packed up shop) who's this "Jim" we're all mentioning? I think I'm going to give him business from now on, if the price is decent...

I think they are talking about Jim(JRcivic)..his number is 1-205-798-0112..he is really cool..he will get you a good deal and he will even get you a package deal for 8psi setup..he is THE JRSC guy hehe..just my thoughts about him since I talked with him..lates-tony

BTW, looks like Resistance really has gone belly up cuz they're selling AEM cold air intakes for $180 shipped! (supposedly)
